1. How do I sign up as an advertiser on AdToken?

  • Process: Navigate to the AdToken platform and select "Continue as Advertiser." Complete the registration form with your username, company name, logo, category, and point of contact information. Connect your Sui-compatible wallet during sign-up, as it serves as your unique identifier.

  • Approval: After submission, your profile will undergo a whitelisting process, typically completed within 24-48 hours. For expedited approval, contact our admins via the official Telegram channel.


2. What are the available campaign types on AdToken?

  • Supported Campaigns: Currently, AdToken supports Cost-Per-Click (CPC) and Cost-Per-Mille (CPM) campaigns. Future updates will introduce additional campaign types.


3. What is the minimum budget required to start a campaign?

  • Budget Requirement: The minimum total budget to initiate a campaign is $100 USDC.


4. How can I fund my advertiser account?

  • Deposits: Access the "My Balance" section in your dashboard to deposit USDC via the Sui network. Ensure your connected wallet has sufficient funds for the deposit.


5. Are there any fees associated with running campaigns?

  • Fee Structure: AdToken charges a 10% fee on the total ad spend. This fee facilitates on-chain transactions and partner management. Importantly, no commissions are deducted from partners.


6. How do I upload ad creatives for my campaigns?

  • Ad Creatives: During the campaign creation process, you'll be prompted to upload banner ads. Supported sizes include:

    • Medium Rectangle: 300x250 px

    • Banner: 468x60 px

    • Wide Skyscraper: 160x600 px

    • Leaderboard: 728x90 px

    • Mobile Leaderboard: 320x50 px

    • Mobile Banner: 300x50 px

7. How can I monitor the performance of my campaigns?

  • Analytics: The "My Campaigns" section provides real-time statistics, including impressions, clicks, and CTR. For more detailed insights, the "Analytics Dashboard" offers data on device distribution, demographics, and participant engagement.


8. Can I withdraw unused funds from my account?

  • Withdrawals: Yes, you can withdraw available funds at any time through the "My Balance" section. Ensure you meet any minimum withdrawal requirements before initiating the process.


9. What happens to the remaining budget after a campaign ends?

  • Budget Rollover: Any unspent budget after a campaign concludes is automatically refunded to your advertiser wallet. These funds are then available for withdrawal or can be allocated to new campaigns.
